Cross Country training

Yesterday we had Cross country training. For this we run around the school numerous times that increases everyday we do it, and this time we ran 5 laps. We are doing this to build up endurance and hopefully be able to run 7 laps without stopping which is going to be the length we will run at the inter-school cross country at Bailey Road in a weeks time. For this I mostly stick with John the head boy, because our speed and level of endurance are about the same. Mr Ogilvy also times us to help us see if we can go faster or if we are doing good, and John and I did 5 laps in 8 minutes.

A clear explanation of your cross country training Thomas. I am very impressed with the way everyone has been thinking carefully about their pace. Keep trying hard :)
