Scratch Game

This is another Game I created in Scratch. It is a FNAF (Five Nights At Freddy's) based game that I have been working on. The main aim of the game is to survive until 6:00 in the morning. You can check the security camera to check where the bad guys are and also close the door when they get too close for comfort. However, there is a catch. You only have 100 power, and if you use it all up, then you cannot check the security cameras or close the doors, and have to sit there hoping that they don't come any closer. I hope it is fun to play.

Scratch Game

This is my simple Platformer game that I created during Tech. It was fairly easy for me, because I have spent a bit of time on scratch and have a bit of knowledge on how to use the code. The controls are the simple ones, left key, right key, up key, down key. I have added in a stickman that actually looks like he is moving, instead of one just gliding across as some people do. Everything I used was drawn/created using the scratch drawing tool.

This is my presentation of what we have done in tech so far.

Design Proccess

At the start we had to make our design brief, which was where we decided who we were going to make our 3d design for and what they liked the most so we would know what to make. I have chosen to make it for myself and to make it a lego piece. We then made a google drawing where we researched the different types of jewellery that there were. After that we drew 6 things that our person might have wanted on a piece of paper. Next we made some Design development drawings where we designed what we were making for our person 6 times, changing something each time wether it be making all the lines curved or if it had a letter then changing the font of it. Then we decided which ones were good and which ones needed improvement and why. We then had some fun designing with plasticine, but it took longer to start since plasticine gets really cold overnight and we had to keep rolling it around in our hands to make it softer and easier to shape. After that we made our designs on Tinker cad and took screenshots.

Tech

This is a picture of what my group is doing at tech. We are with Mrs Ferguson who teaches 3d printing. We are currently designing and today we used a substance like putty to make a rough design of what we are going to create

Learning to use scratch

Today I logged into scratch. I took a tutorial on how to make my character dance and make sounds. I then took the tutorial on how to make my name. This is the finished product.
